Several fatal shootings on the streets of Toronto have caused questions to be raised about how the police respond to those who suffer from mental illness.
In Hamilton, an officer and a mental health worker help to make up the country’s only mobile crisis rapid response team – Charlie 91.
It’s a new approach that has caught the eye of the TPS.
