Website to rent boyfriends by the hour in Toronto

Stumped when it comes to finding your “plus-one” for a wedding? Don’t worry; there’s a website for that.
The Boyfriend Experience, or BFE, allows women and homosexual men to book a date from a list of bachelors, or “boyfriends,” and will soon be offering the service in Toronto.
To use the site you must be 25 years or older and create a profile. Once the site’s administrative team accepts the profile, you can start booking.
Once accepted, people can choose from a list of boyfriends — with a going rate of $75 an hour.
The dating platform was launched a few days before Valentine’s Day and already operates in Montreal, New York, Los Angeles and Miami.
“We want professional men who are educated (and) very mature,” BFE co-founder Bena Lands said.
The site is intended for booking dates only, despite criticism online, and Lands claims it’s not an escort service.
“This is a high-end dating experience. It’s very clear from the beginning. We have no sex involved whatsoever,” Lands said. “We also have a review process … Was the person considerate?”
There are currently no boyfriends signed up in the Toronto area, but BFE said it will start the interview process on the weekend of March 21.
