Angry Harper supporter may have also heckled Olivia Chow

An angry Conservative supporter who heckled reporters earlier this week may have also insulted Olivia Chow during the 2014 Toronto mayoral campaign.
In the video below, police can be seen removing a man from a mayoral debate in September. He had told Chow, who is Chinese-Canadian, that she should go back to China.
At the time, Maclean’s magazine identified him as Earl Cowan.
That’s the same name as the man who called CTV reporter Laurie Graham a “lying piece of sh*t” at an event for Conservative leader Stephen Harper earlier this month.
He also called the reporter “you idiot” and told her, “I believe you cheat more on your taxes than [disgraced senator Mike] Duffy ever did.”
When reporters at the event asked him his name, he said, “go stuff yourselves.”

The Toronto Star identified the man as Earl Cowan.
