If your Nutella craving just can’t be quenched, have we got news for you.
Canada’s first Nutella Café has just opened at Sobeys Spadina.
“At Sobeys, we aim to surprise and delight customers through extraordinary, unique and unparalleled experiences, and our Nutella Café does just that,” Mary Dalimonte, senior vice -president at Sobeys, said in a release.
“We are proud to be the first in Canada to offer a Nutella Café to customers, where they can add a little joy to their day with the most tasty and delightful bakery items featuring the ever-popular Nutella.”
At the café, patrons can sample all things Nutella – bombe, aragosta, zeppole, pizelle, crepes, and all-butter croissants and danishes.
And if that can’t satisfy your desire for all things hazelnut, you could try the artisanal Belgian loaf, essentially an enormous Nutella sandwich.
There are a variety of hot beverages – all spiked with Nutella, of course – to wash it all down.
As part of Friday’s grand opening celebrations, customers are getting a variety of free samples and posting their experiences on social media with the hashtag #NutellaXSobeys.
The café will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily at the Spadina Sobey’s location at 22 Fort York Blvd.
