Burnhamthorpe Collegiate Institute in Etobicoke was placed in lockdown after a double stabbing outside the school on Wednesday, but it has since been lifted, the Toronto District School Board confirmed.
The school is located at 500 The East Mall.
Hold-and-secures at nearby West Glen and Broadacres junior schools have also been lifted.
Two males, one aged 19, have been taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Toronto police say The East Mall is closed from the school to Capri Road for an investigation.
