Uber driver charged with sexually assaulting 15-year-old girl

Police have arrested and charged a 41-year-old man after a 15-year-old girl was allegedly assaulted during an Uber ride on Jan. 25.
The girl allegedly boarded his Uber vehicle from the Toronto Coach Terminal at Bay and Edward streets.
He allegedly assaulted her during the ride, then continued to her destination.
In May, the girl told someone about the incident and was encouraged to report it.
Fahmy Saggaf of Toronto now faces two charges for sex assault and sexual interference.
He will appear in court at Old City Hall on June 22.
