Man found dead in east-end apartment identified

Police have identified the man found dead in an east-end apartment on Saturday night and determined the cause of death.
Homicide officers took over the investigation into the suspicious death on Sunday.
An autopsy revealed the cause of death was “stab wounds to the torso.”
Police responded to a call for unknown trouble at a building on Wakunda Place, near Victoria Park Avenue and O’Connor Drive, around 9 p.m on Saturday.
They found a man with serious injuries and no pulse. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Henryk Dabrowski, 60, of Toronto.
Details on what may have occurred at the scene have not been released.
