Hold and secure lifted at Brampton high school after online threat

A hold and secure at a high school in Brampton has been lifted following an online threat.
Peel police were called to Fletchers Meadow Secondary School on Chinguacousy Road near Sandalwood Parkway around 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday.
Police said the threat had been made towards a student at the school, who was later found safe.
Investigators said the person or persons who made the threat said they were going to hurt the student with a weapon.
The investigation is ongoing.
