Warmer days are on the way and we are putting the snow on the shelf for a while.
With that said, it is still looking like a fairly unsettled week of weather coming our way with the only “biggish” feature arriving late Saturday into Sunday.
Toronto is going to have a few dry days until our next chance of rain arrives early in the day on Thursday.
Here is the breakdown on what is on the way this week in Toronto.
Monday night to Wednesday night
A break from the rain and back to seasonal temperatures
The sky will start to clear out and daytime highs will bounce back to close to the average high temperature for this time of the year which is 6 C.
Toronto can also expect a partly cloudy sky until later Wednesday when more cloud moves in and the wind picks up.
Double digits return, but so does the rain.
Passing rain showers are coming our way. These showers won’t be bringing much rain with them, but they will be enough that you may want to have some indoor plans for a few hours.
The rain brings some warm and windy conditions along with it.
Thursday night to Saturday morning
Drying back out and temps return to the seasonal average.
While Thursday’s rain won’t be anything to write home about, you can get back to your socially distanced outdoor plans like cleaning up the yard and going for a run on Friday.
Saturday and Sunday
An unsettled weekend with heavier rain late Saturday.
While there will still be some dry time over the weekend, some of the heaviest rain of the week is slated for Saturday evening and Sunday morning. High temperatures this weekend will range from 7 to 10 C.
Sneak peek at next week
It looks like a warmer and drier start — fingers crossed.
