Man fatally shot in Oshawa apartment building parking lot

A 20-year-old man is dead after he was shot in the parking lot of an apartment building in Oshawa.
Emergency crews were called to the scene on King Street East near Wilson Road just after 10 p.m. on Monday.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators arrested three people from the building but so far no charges have been laid.
A firearm was also recovered from the scene.
This is Durham Region’s seventh homicide of the year.
