VeraCity: The Gun Chase Q&A

Cristina Howorun, who investigates Toronto's rise in gun crime in the Citytv documentary, VeraCity: The Gun Chase, hosted a LIVE Q&A on Wednesday with anti-violence advocate Evelyn Fox. Howorun also produced the documentary.

Reporter Cristina Howorun investigates Toronto’s disturbing rise in gun crime and how illegal firearms are making their way onto the city’s streets in VeraCity: The Gun Chase. She also produced the documentary.

The documentary, which also delves into the devastating impact the violence has on victims and their families, premiered April 27 on Citytv. Click here to watch it.

Howorun hosted a LIVE Q&A on April 28 with anti-violence advocate Evelyn Fox, who was featured in the documentary, on our website and on our Facebook page.

Gunn, whose 26-year-old son Kiesingar Gunn was killed by a stray bullet in Toronto’s Liberty Village in 2016, is also the co-founder of Communities for ZERO Violence.
