Several residents have been displaced after a three-alarm fire destroyed a home under construction in Scarborough on Tuesday morning.
Fire crews responded to a call just after 3 a.m. for a blaze on McCowan Road, just north of Kingston Road.
Crews arrived to find an unoccupied house fully engulfed in flames and say it collapsed before the second alarm arrived.
