Female suspect wanted after woman assaulted with pepper spray-like substance

Toronto police are searching for a female suspect wanted in connection with an assault aboard a TTC bus.
Police say a rider was exiting TTC bus #1333 with another woman near Sheppard Avenue East and Markham Road just after 6 p.m. on Thursday when the suspect sprayed her with a pepper spray-like substance.
The suspect then fled the scene on foot.
The victim was treated by paramedics at the scene for a burning irritation.
The suspect is described as female, between 20 and 30 years of age with shoulder length brown curly hair.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
