Man, 26, arrested in shooting death of Megan Elizabeth Crant

A 26-year-old Toronto man has been arrested in connection with the death of Megan Elizabeth Crant.

Crant’s body was discovered in the rear parking lot at 1910 Gerrard Street East just after 8 p.m. on July 7. She had been fatally shot.

Police issued arrest warrants for two suspects and on Saturday, they arrested Nicholas Hirsch and charged him with first degree murder.

Investigators are also looking for 29-year-old Chelsey Mais, who is wanted for accessory after the fact to murder.
