1 person seriously injured in shooting at Parliament and Shuter

One person was seriously injured in a shooting at Parliament and Shuter streets on Saturday morning.

Police were called to the area just before 6:00 a.m. and say the victim walked into hospital with a gunshot wound.

The victim’s injuries are considered serious but are not life threatening.

An investigation is underway and there is no word on suspects at this time.
