West end shooting sends man to hospital with serious injuries

A man has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a shooting in the city’s west end on Monday evening.

Police were called to the Keele Street and King George’s Drive area at around 6:18 p.m. and located the victim.

He was taken to hospital in an ambulance.

No further details were immediately available.
