Car crashes through Tim Horton’s window in East York

Police say no one was injured after a car crashed into a Tim Horton’s in East York on Sunday night.

Police responded to reports of a vehicle driving into a coffee shop around 7:45 a.m.

No injuries were reported and police say there was only damage done to the property. A large pane of glass was broken and has since been boarded up.

There is no word if anyone was inside the restaurant at the time of the crash.

The cause of the crash is still unknown.

Police have not said if any charges will be laid but confirm impairment was not a factor.
