2 critically injured in motorcycle, pedestrian crash in Mississauga

Two people have suffered critical injuries following a collision involving a motorcycle and two pedestrians in Mississauga on Friday night.

Peel police say it happened just after 9 p.m. near Dixie Road and Derry Road East.

The motorcycle rider was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.

Two pedestrians were also taken to trauma centres, one with life-threatening injuries and the other with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

The circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation. Police are asking anyone with information or dash cam footage who may have been in the area at the time of the crash to contact them.
