Police say they observed the suspect parked in a parking lot in the Huntley Street and Isabella Street area on March 25, 2025, and as they approached him, the suspect rammed three police cruisers before fleeing the scene in a white Nissan Sentra.
Investigators say Carl Chateauvert of no fixed address is wanted on 27 charges related to assault, theft, break and enter and fraud, including nine counts of failing to comply with a release order.
