One of America’s Most Wanted has been nabbed in Montreal. Richard Goldberg was picked up Saturday. He’s facing six counts of child molestation. An acquaintance tipped off the FBI after going online and finding out Goldberg was a fugitive.
Early Morning Shooting
An unidentified man was shot in the head early Sunday near Kensington Market. The incident happened around 3am in the College and Augusta area. Toronto Police report a black vehicle was seen fleeing the scene shortly after the shooting. The victim’s identity has not been released, but police said he’s expected to make a full recovery. Stabbing In Entertainment District
A man was critically injured after being stabbed in the city’s beleaguered entertainment district. Police said the incident happened around 3am Sunday in the King and John area. The man was able to walk to Richmond and John where police called for an ambulance. Officials are still investigating. No arrests have been made.
