Two Toronto men dead in boating incident near Kingston

Two Toronto men are dead following a boating incident off Howe Island, near Kingston.

Emergency crews were called to the St. Lawrence River around 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Only one boat was involved, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say.

The names of the men have not been released. However, Leeds County OPP say one of the men is 35 years old, and the other is 40 years old.
