Police seek suspect in Yonge-Bloor subway sexual assault

Toronto Police are looking to identify a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault.
Police say on Friday, a woman was walking up the stairs from the University subway line at Yonge and Bloor station when she was sexually assaulted by a man walking down the stairs.
A witness who saw what happened confronted the man, who fled. He managed to disappear into a crowd of people exiting the subway cars.
The suspect is described as white, approximately 23 to 35 years of age, 5-foot-9 to 6-feet tall with a medium build and brown hair. He was wearing a red golf shirt, navy blue shorts and brown thong sandals.
