Million Dollar Moron

A Pittsburgh man who literally felt like a million bucks, may have taken things a bit too far.

There probably aren’t too many supermarkets in Pittsburgh that carry change for a million dollars, but that didn’t stop the local man from trying to get just that when he handed a bogus $1 million bill to a cashier in the Steel City .

According to authorities, the man flew into a rage when the Giant Eagle employee refused.

But that didn’t make his bill legit, in fact he was quickly arrested but wouldn’t give his name to police and wasn’t carrying any ID.

Of course, there is no one million dollar bill in the United States , never has been, and probably never will be one.

The $100 bill is the largest in current circulation, though a $100,000 bill was produced in the 1930s for use by Federal Reserve banks but never issued to the public.

It seems our hero’s brilliant scheme was little more like a million dollar mistake.
