Two Hamilton men have been arrested and charged in the suspicious death of a man in Parkdale over the weekend.
Police were called to a building on West Lodge Avenue near Lansdowne Avenue and Queen Street West last Saturday night. Upon arrival, officers found a man lying in the front driveway with “apparent injuries.” He was pronounced dead on scene.
Investigators believe the man fell to the ground from a balcony after an altercation.
The victim has been identified as 42-year-old Chad Day of Toronto.
On Wednesday, police arrested 30-year-old Lee Newelln of Hamilton and charged him with first-degree murder. Christopher Small, 28, also of Hamilton, has been charged with second-degree murder.
Police say there is still one suspect outstanding.
