IN PHOTOS: Prince Charles and wife Camilla visit Toronto

Prince Charles and his wife Camilla spent most of the day on Tuesday in Toronto, starting with a visit to the Ontario legislature.

The Duchess of Cornwall received flowers from a little girl after the royal couple was greeted by Lt.-Gov. David Onley and his wife, before the couple left to attend the Lieutenant-Governor’s Diamond Jubilee Medal ceremony.

The royal couple then split up, with Camilla touring the Moss Park Armoury and Charles visiting Ryerson University. They reunited for a lunch at the Distillery District, then Charles toured the Yonge Street Mission.

Later in the day, Prince Charles will meets with the Assembly of First Nations, before meeting up with Camilla for the 1812 Commemorative Military Muster at Fort York Armoury.

The royal couple will fly to Regina Tuesday night.
