Man Escapes Train Crash – When He’s Hit By Another Train

They say the cure is worse than the disease, but for one Dutch man, the two were exactly the same.
The driver had been crossing a pair of train tracks south of Amsterdam when he was struck by an eastbound train. He was dragged for a terrifying several dozen metres until he was freed – by the impact of a westbound train.
The blast knocked him off the rails and into safety.
The 59-year-old was taken to hospital in critical but stable condition.
And, it’s assumed, a plan to make sure his recovery doesn’t go off the rails.
