Doggie High Tea at the Le Meridien King Edward Hotel kicked off, May 29, with Lady Gaga – well, almost. A Lady Gaga lookalike came out to host “Doggie Doggelganger,” where dogs got to strut their stuff and show off their celebrity style. 680News music reporter Rudy Blair was there, and he captured all the howling good times.
