Costumes worn by Woody Harrelson and the late Heath Ledger will be on display at the TIFF Bell Lightbox just in time for the festival. “Otherworldly: The Art of Canadian Costume Design” is an exhibit that features Canadian designed costumes from films like “Defendor,” “Saw IV,” and Heath Ledgers final film, “The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus.”
