Diving mishap in Oakville, Ont., leaves one man dead, one in fair condition

OAKVILLE, Ont. – A massive search off the shores of Bronte Harbour in Oakville, Ont., for a pair of missing scuba divers has ended in tragedy.
Halton police say one of the two men died in hospital and the other is in fair condition.
Three men were on a boat during a diving expedition when a mishap happened Wednesday afternoon.
A police marine unit found two divers in the water _ one without vital signs who died later in hospital.
It’s reported the three were planning to dive to the wreck of a tug that sank in the 1800s.
The victim was transported to Hamilton General Hospital where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
