Girl, 17, rushed to hospital after being struck by vehicle in Mississauga

A 17-year-old has been taken to a trauma centre after being struck by a vehicle in Mississauga on Wednesday.
Peel Regional Police say it happened at Hurontario Street and Burnhamthorpe just after 1:30 p.m.
Paramedics tell CityNews a 17-year-old girl was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver remained on scene. The investigation is ongoing.
