200 Canadians Finally Make It Home After Being Stranded In Cuba

Up to 200 Canadians were stranded in Cuba after their plane broke down on what was supposed to be the final day of a week-long trip to Cayo Coco.
It turned out to be much longer, but they weren’t enjoying fun in the sun. Instead they were stuck in an airport for 33 hours with little food or water. Some were taken to a hotel, which was described as cockroach infested, with blood stains on the sheets.
When they headed back to the airport the next day, they endured another wait of nearly 24 hours. CityNews reporter Pam Seatle has more frustrating details in the video below.
