Authorities Probing Suspicious East End Blaze

No one was hurt when a two-alarm fire broke out in an east end home early Thursday. Authorities are describing the blaze as suspicious.
The fire started at 19 Wallington Ave., near Woodbine and O’Connor, around 1am and firefighters had a hard time dousing the blaze.
The house had been empty for a couple of weeks, according to neighbours. Damage is extensive but there’s no estimate yet.
The fire marshal is investigating.
