Suspect arrested for alleged subway sex assaults

A suspect has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting women on the subway.

Police believe the 20-year-old man arrested Wednesday is responsible for a series of attacks on trains in the downtown core during the morning and afternoon rushes.

The latest incident happened on Tuesday, police say, just before 9 a.m. while a woman was riding the subway between College and Queen stations.

Authorities aren’t releasing a name or photograph of the suspect arrested this week and investigators believe there may be more victims.
