Woot woot! The picture of me in my jeggings been re-tweeted!
If you have no idea what that means, you can look it up in the latest edition of the concise Oxford English Dictionary.
The 12th edition is out Thursday with 400 new entries including jeggings (comfortable cotton pants that look like jeans), woot, (a celebratory term) and re-tweet (when an original tweet – a Twitter post – is posted by another Twitter user).
The definition of the word “friend” is also changing to include “a contact on a social networking website.”
Also included are sexting, which is a racy text message and cyberbullying, online harrassment.
