Ontario Power Authority reacts after more cancelled gas plant documents surface

Energy minister Bob Chiarelli spoke about the documents relating to the cancelled gas plants that have been uncovered and Ontario Power Authority CEO Colin Andersen was asked if we can expect to be in a similar situation in a couple of weeks.
