Toronto police look for man wanted in connection to sexual assault investigation

Toronto police say they are looking for a man after it’s been reported a woman was sexually assaulted downtown last fall.

Police say on October 13th, 2021, a woman was sexually assaulted by a man in the area of Yonge Street and Elm Street at around 10:30 p.m.

Officers are looking for a man they describe as between 20 and 30 years of age, 5’7″ with a thin build, a light complexion, and braided hair. They add he was wearing a patterned jacket, dark pants, and a headband.

Anyone who has information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
