Man seriously injured in stabbing near Sherbourne and Wellesley

A 32-year-old man is in hospital after he was stabbed in St. James Town overnight.

Toronto police were called to the area of Bleecker Street and St. James Avenue, near Sherbourne and Wellesley streets, just after midnight on Wednesday.

The man suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.

There is no word on suspects.
