Two seriously injured in head-on crash in the east end

Two people seriously injured after a head-on crash near Danforth and Lawrence.

A man is fighting for his life and another is in hospital following a head-on crash near Danforth and Barrymore Road, just south of Lawrence.

It happened just before 6 a.m., when the two vehicles collided. It’s not clear what caused the crash.

Traffic services is now investigating.

Police have closed Danforth road between Barrymore and Mackinac Crescent.
