Suspect wanted for second-degree murder in Queen and Portland shooting

Toronto police have issued an arrest warrant for a 28-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting in the downtown core in October.
Just before 1 a.m. on Oct. 22, police were called to the area of Queen Street West and Portland Street following reports of multiple gunshots.
When police arrived, they found the victim, 38-year-old Peter Alexandros Madimenos from Toronto, on the ground with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have since identified a suspect and released his photo on Thursday.
Investigators say Sarkis Sogutlu, of Toronto, is wanted for second-degree murder.
Police say the suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about his whereabouts can call 911.
