Broken foot sees RB Bradshaw out again

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw will miss his second straight game with a broken bone in his right foot.

On Friday, coach Tom Coughlin ruled out Bradshaw for Sunday’s game against the 49ers in San Francisco after the five-year veteran did not practise this week. Receiver-returner Jerrel Jernigan also won’t play because of a hip injury suffered against the Patriots last weekend.

Giants leading receiver Hakeem Nicks’ hamstring continued to improve and there is a 50-50 chance he will play against San Francisco after sitting out the previous game.

Centre David Baas (knee) and first-round draft pick Prince Amukamara (foot) also are questionable.
