Stabbing in Brampton sends 3 people to hospital

Three people were injured and one of them is in life-threatening condition after a stabbing in Brampton on Monday night.
Peel regional police responded to a call around 9 p.m. in the area of Royal Orchard and Bovaird drives.
A group of three people was reportedly involved in a dispute with another group of four people, resulting in the assaults.
One man was stabbed and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to a trauma centre along with a woman. Her injuries are not life-threatening injuries. A third person, a man, was taken to a local hospital. His injuries are not life-threatening.
Peel police brought in the K-9 unit to search for the suspect, who is still on the loose.
