Diver Dead After Water Mishap

A diving mishap off the shores of Oakville’s Bronte Harbour has led to the death of one scuba diver.
Three men went out on a diving trip around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon when something went wrong.
The marine unit was called and two of the three divers were pulled from the water with no vital signs.
The two men were rushed to the hospital, where one died. The other one is in good condition.
Halton police are investigating what caused the diving trip to go wrong.
The identity of the deceased diver hasn’t been released.
