Toronto police launch gun amnesty program

Toronto police launched the 2013 Gun Amnesty ‘Pixels for Pistols’ program on Monday. Chief Bill Blair, Ian Landy, Henry’s Camera, and Coun. Jaye Robinson spoke about the importance of the initiative.
